How sweet can a lullaby get?

I'd like to forewarn all u guys that don't have ears for classical music.Nonetheless,I highly recommend u to go ahead if u are one of those adventurous types.

A lullaby is a soothing song that lulls a child to sleep.

In this blog, I present u all with one of the sweetest ever lullabies u can get 2 hear.Take my words.

So,b4 wasting 'nymore time, here is the link for the song.

Now for some quick info about the song and its fame.

The song,Omanathinkal Kidavo, is one of the exquisite works of Irayimman Thampi, the maternal uncle and the court artist of the highly esteemed Maharajah Of Travancore, Swathi Thirunal Rama Varma. It is believed that Irayimman

Thampi composed the song for putting the new born baby(Swathi Thirunal) to sleep. No wonder the rajah turned out to become one of the greatest composers and musicians of all time ,composing over 500 songs in Sanskrit,Hindustani and Telugu.

All u technically inclined people , u might wanna know that the song is composed in Kurinji Raga and watch out for the English Translation of the song when visiting the link.U might be fascinated by the lyrical splendor.

Click here to know more about Swathi Thirunal and his compostions. The website has a pleasant surprise for all u classical music aficionados'.

Put the smile up on ur face always
